How to file ALICO(Dubai) insurance claim for accident / death insurance in the Philippines? Would it be difficult and a long process (cause there's no ALICO office in Philippines)? I am thinking of getting one, if it's not advisable and just would make it difficult for my family to file a claim, i would not get one. I asked the agent, she said just call a certain no. which was indicated in the policy to file a claim and that's all, but I doubt her coz she's an agent, some agent would just tell all good things just to sell, please advise. Thank you
