I do think iphone is great but currently i'm using nokia 5800. At least having one low end one is better than none at all.

I like the BlackBerry 9700 the most at the moment. I have tried the iphone 4 but I'm just not too good on touch screens so it doesn't work for me at all. I think that BlackBerry is an excellent brand, as all of their phones work wonderfully and have fantastic features which most other phones would only dream of having. I use my smartphone for the internet and email the most. I like being able to access any of my email inboxes just through my phone, as it means that I don't have to wait for my computer to load up and I don't have to log into the 7 inboxes of the various accounts which I keep active.

I like smartphones but I have yet to see a "perfect" phone. I dislike phones that do too much, or try to, that it becomes a not-so-good camera, or web browser, or GPS, or PHONE. I guess I like smartphones because they can be decent gaming devices, especially the iphone. I expect smartphones to be amazing in every level. They should be very good for phone calls and texting. I trust Nokia and Motorolla. They really come through for those kinds of features. I guess a better feature for smartphones would be faster web browsing, or just faster processing in general.

I have used 3 different iphones & didn't like any of them, 1st generation, 3G & 3Gs. One of my friend was working at AT&T corporate store & he was going on his vacation. Because of change in poisition at work, I borrowed his iphone for a week & tried them out. May be iphone 4 has gotten better. They all locked up on me all the time & dropped calls frequently. At first, I thought it was the service provider, AT&T, but I was standing no more than 3 feet away from my co-worker who was on the same provider, AT&T, but he was using blackberry. Iphone I was using froze up & his didn't. At first, I thought it was the phone but later I found out that same thing happened with all 3 of them I've tried with. Matter in fact, iphone is the only reason why I wouldn't go to AT&T. I'm sure there are countless of people who are happy with AT&T but it for some reason, experience with iphones left me with bad tasted with me. I'm now with T-Mobile & I have blackberry bold 9700. I'm not saying blackberry is the best phone out there. it has its own downside. But I've had far better experiences with blackberry than I have with iphone. By the way, I work as a translator & I freqently work with Embassy. My job puts me on road a lot, most of the times up & down the east coast from N.Y. to Florida & everywhere in between. I haven't had too many problems with blackberry & tmobile as a service provider. A lot of communication between myself & work happens through emails. Since I can't stop somewhere & flip my laptop open every time I get an email, I got a smart phone. I don't look for a lot of features on the phone. Pretty much all the features I need, other than obviously phone calls, are access to emails, internet & gps map program, which I have 2 of or 3 if you count blackberry map. Good camera helps, too, blackberry 9700 has 3.2mp camera which is good enough for me. It does also have voice recording. 99% of so called "apps" on iphone, I found useless for me. With all this said, I'm sure there are people out there who are happy with iphone & find some of those "apps" useful in whatever they need to do. By the way, as for your last question, there's a gps based app called, "poynt" I found very useful for myself. I'm not sure if they have it for iphone but if you do find it, give it a try.

I have never used the iphone, since I am with Verizon, so I would say that the phone I have now, is my favorite smartphone. I have the Samsung Omnia 2, and next year I am going to upgrade to an android phone like the Samsung Galasxy S which is the Samsung Fascinate from Verizon. I have never used the android system either, but my daughter has an android phone, and she really likes it. She has the HTC Aeris, which as I understand they discontinued. Anyway, the Samsung Galaxy S is a lot like the iphone with lots of apps from what I have seen on the reviews I have watched on the internet. I think though if I were with AT&T, I would get the iphone 4. Take care, and have a very good day.

The iPhone is nice, but I really enjoy my Palm Pixi. It's so simple and easy to use, yet it has all the modern technology I need to get along. I'm thinking about the EVO or the Blackberry Torch, but the Pixi serves my needs right now

1. My favorite smart phone is the i-Phone as well! 2. I expect to have a way to get wi-fi internet, lots of fun applications, a camera. (I like the new video call function but I have not gotten a phone capable of that yet.. I am waiting for my plan to end to get the new i-Phone 4G) 3. I trust Apple though I hate MAC computer/laptops. 4. Smartphone is just more convenient, my school has free wi-fi, easy to use and nice! 5. Not quite sure... since technology is improving daily!
