There are so many things that we can do for healthy living. i try to eat healthy meals and keep the snacks to a minimum. There are always time when we will let our willpower fail though. All i can do then is start over again. I also try to keep fit and exercise on a regular basis. We only have one body. It is up to us to maintain it.

i'm eating more healthy food such as sardines for the omega 3s,dark chocolate because of the healthy heart benefits. i'm also drinking more healthy beverages such as v8 fusion, grape juice, and green tea. i admit i still eat the food i like that can be unhealthy but at least i'm replacing some of that with more healthier options. i do need to sleep better such as getting to bed on time. i just seem to stay up until i'm about to flop over even with all the caffeine that i drink that keeps me up which isn't healthy at all.

This is something that I wanted to do, live healthy. From time to time, I do exercise. I know that exercise is important for the body. But I cannot often do this considering my busy work schedule. I also wanted to take in healthy foods, then again, there are times that I give in and take those unhealthy ones considering that there are those that are really great tasting yet carry a lot of salt and fat. Well, I hope to be able to control my life in a healthy way.

Taking healthy lifestyle in daily living is needed and so as my family through serving nutritious and delicious food. Avoid fatty, salty and preservatives foods. Clean living and even daily walking is also needed. I take myself busy and easy to avoid deep thinking and become stressful because it can deteriorate our immune system and can't fight against illnesses.

Healthy living is a habit. I started it when i still young. Most of the food i prefer then , even up to now, are vegetables, fishes and chicken meat. Most of the fats of a chicken is concentrated on the skin, so i skip that part. If pork is to be served , i do not eat the fats. Of course do not eat junk foods. Its a cliches but exercise is needed for healthy living. For those who can afford to enroll in a gym this is the best thing to do. A regular work out schedule is best for every body and it develops again into a habit. Relaxation/meditation would be the best way to end the day. " Breath away " the stress of the day. A simple method of relaxing is 1) Inhale to a count of four 2) Hold your breath to a count four 3) Exhale to a count of four Finally a full night's sleep which 8 hours is recommended.

My husband and I have been changing our diet, eating more fresh or steamed veggies and also fresh fruit. We canned and did not add sugar, We eat honey instead of sugar. We drink organic milk. We are exercising more and taking suppliments advised by our naturopath doctor. We are drinking lots of water. Cut out all soda and do not drink coffee. We have never smoked. We try and get more rest and get out more to dance and visit other people. We have put up our home for sale and plan to move to lower ground and closer in and drive less when we do. We eat our own home grown eggs. We cook or use olive oil.

Well, I find that I cannot afford a cup of tea daily in my life. I find that if I take a cup of English tea everyday, it will take a heavy toll on my health. Guess age has caught up with me. Other than that, i don't drink, I don't smoke. However, I find it very hard to keep a healthy life as I live in a city. The air is so polluted and the food that we take in mostly contains lots of chemicals. Going veges surely put anyone health in tip top condition but life without meat for me is hard to practice at the moment.

i am in the medical field.. it was when i studied nursing that i realized the impportance of health. i really dont care too much about it. i knew people who were so into healthy living, but they were still inflicted with cancer.. why does this happen?? well people around her are not that concious about their health. they were the ones who gave them the sickness.. its better if we focus in telling other people to do this..

I've dedicated my life on something basic. Because before the modern world arrive in front of us, people are living longer and stronger. Why? because the way their diet are prepared. No chemicals no preservatives that damages the human body. So I go for basic like: Regular exercise, drinking a lot of water to flush waste in my body, eating nutritious food by spending practically, prohibiting myself to overeat that causes sleepiness, always thinking positive and many more.

I'm really caring my life very much. Prevention is better than cure. Balanced diet is very essential for healthy living. Have healthy food and do exercise everyday. Then you will be a healthy man.

First of all, I try to be careful with the foods I take. I avoid eating things which can aggravate my blood pressure, fatty and salty foods in particular. My job takes so many hours each work day. By the time I get back home, I am pretty tired and exhausted. So, if the weather permits, I would go out to the park and go jogging. That is very good to refresh and keep healthy.

Just clean the clothes to wear, the house and the sorroundings. Eat the right food, see and talk a little with friends. Hear the words of God. I think that would make up a healthy living.

Well, right now I am not one to talk as I just ate three fourths of a pizza. But as a general rule I watch what I am eating and I run. I also ride my bike around to do errands rather than driving.

for me, i having balance diet and often take out an hour time in a day for exercise. Nowadays' people rushing their career and most of them are forgotten to have a healthy living life style. They turn to focus on their career for achieving a better life but less to take care about their health and this might caused them easy to get sickness. No matter how rich you are but im personally think that health is worth than everything.

Nothing so unusual. I eat well and sleep well. I don't have a regular exercise but I am an active person. I mean, I love to walk around, clean the house all around everyday; I don't have a sedentary lifestyle. Yes you are right. You should really take care of your health before it is too late. Some diseases shows late signs and symptoms that is why they are dangerous... Like High Blood Pressure or Hypertension - this is the silent killer disease! Before you know it, you have it. Even those young at age already have it. They just don't know because they are not that conscious yet on their health.. I know a 24 year old who already had End Stage of Renal Disease and she goes to dialysis 2x a week. Very expensive therapy!

Healthy life is very very important in my opinion .. Realize when we are sick? We can not do what we want to do .. For that, I always exercise three times a week, manage the daily diet, and adequate rest .. Because these are three great ways tolive healthy, right!
