Yep, it was on the news just now. A local charity that helps the homeless is soon to be under investigation. Seems the director of this "charity" or "non-profit" got like $174,000 last year! Plus has about a $62,000 loan from the "jesus House"... wow! My chin dropped to the floor I just can't believe they say they don't have milk or eggs for the homeless people and trouble supplying them all with toilet paper while raking in more than I can make in years!! Should there be an investigation???

I am hoping an investigation is pending. I understand it's not wrong to get paid for working, but to take money as a charity, then pad your own pockets with six figures is wrong! I don't know how they can call it "non-profit"!

It's people like that, that ruin other legit charities. People think they are all crooks. Crooks should not be in the charity business. Yes, there should be an investigation and some serious punishment should be given to guilty ones.

Well it is about time they look in to this form of thievery. It is so unfair, that the poor work and work for years with not as much as a $1.00 per hour raise.
What on earth were they thinking that they were special. Not!
