Right now I have serious issues with my Iskias nerve, but I know it is because I got troubles with my pelvic region, it is not alligned as it is suppoesed to be, lucky I got an appointment with the chiropactor next month, so hopefully they can fix it. On the bad days I tend to take a pain killer before I go to bed. Else I have a hard time sleeping.

My Pelvic region is disaligned likely to due my sport, but as most sports on a top level there are always things which is not healthy for your body, in one way or another. The Iskia Nerve is in Latin called; nervus ischiadicus - it is the biggest nerve of the human body and runs from our lower back over the butt to the legs...

Generally body pain is a result to muscles knotting up. Stretching and relaxing cycles will greatly reduce the muscular tension. One may find it very painful in the beginning but as the cycles progress the pain reduces considerably. Alternately application of hot compress on a spot will also reduce the pain felt. All this is due to increased blood circulation to the painful area. Rule out infection, internal injury before you do stretching. These will have to be eliminated first and on priority.
