last tuesday I was nearly hit now it's my cat ..his dead!

last tuesday while running on the 12th street I was nearly hit by someone who is texting while driving..I am glad I was safe BUT my adopted cat that look like a tiger was hit and run and died near our mail box it hurts me because he is just a 4 year old cute tiger looking cat! waaaahh!..! maybe I need to report this to the license office I think this is serious.?

Did you see who hit him? I am not sure what they can do about it but I am so sorry that this happened to you! I would be so completely devastated that I would definately try to do something. But that is just me! I hope that something can be done about this!
