Who here wet the bed as a child??

How long did it last? I wet the bed until I was almost 12. It was pretty embarrassing. As a toddler it's kind of understandable but then into kindergarten and when sleepovers came up it was a touchy area for me. I really don't know how it stopped it just kind of did. I had to wear those Goodnights underwear which of course are only made to be so big so at 10-11 they don't really fit. I used to tell people that my hypothyroidism was the cause of my bedwetting. I think the last time I wet the bed I was 17 or 18 but I was drunk and I like to think that is the reason I did it.

Hahaha! Lets say it was because you were drunk.
I wet my bed the last time was I was 17 as well.
But before then I don't remember wetting my bed. I think I was bed trained very young, cause I don't remember.
As for that one time when I was 17, I was not drunk.
I was over tired from school.
It was early morning and my alarm clock went off.
I was terrible when it came to getting out of bed early in the morning.
But this particular morning I went out of my bed and walked down the stairs like I normally do, sat on the toilet and wet my bed instead!!!
Yes I had dreamt that I had stood up and went to the toilet. But I was still in my bed. hahaha! That was real embarrassing.
Took a long time before I told anybody.

Your discussion took back to my childhood days when I wet my bed almost every day.During sleep nothing but early morning my drawer was totally wet,may be I would do it twice totally without my knowledge.I was feeling embarrassed but no help those 50 years back - bo proper medical treatment too.
But gradually as I grew It vanished totally.
