If it does, then there shouldn't be poverty on N. Korea. And so as in China, where they were in communism for a long time. So, I think it is not the answer.

Communism is not as great as you would think, in fact, it's worse. If you make money, you don't get to keep that money, government keeps that money. (Read the story about the man who created the game "Tetris".) You have to stand in line for hours or days waiting for food, bread, and necessities. You don't get to live in a nice cozy house, you might have to live in shack or a small apartment, your lucky if you get a house to live in because most people don't. A dictator rules the country, even though Marx's Communism states that the people run the government, that isn't altogether true. You are told where to go and what to do. If you life in China, you are told how many children you can have and what you can and cannot do. Again, Communism looks great on paper and in the Karl Marx's books, but in reality, look at Russia, Cuba, and China and tell that those are great countries? They aren't as great as you think they are.

I think it would work if feelings could somehow be erased from the equation. Corruption will definitely seep into any government, and especially more so into the government that has complete control over all the money that is in its land. However, if the case was different and the government ran like a computer (following instructions and doing nothing of its own), then I think maybe it could be balanced. Also, if everybody did do their fair share when it came to the economy, I'm sure not everybody would have to live in a shack. This type of government would only work in an Utopian society, where everybody is intelligent and says no to wrong-doings. Obviously, this is one scenario the world is 99.9% likely to never see.
