Is there a way to tell when someone reads your mail?

I use yahoo for mail and want to use it for business. One problem I have is I don't know if customers read my e-mail. Is there a way to get an acknowledgment when someone reads your mail and how do I do that?

I don't think there's a way. Maybe you could just include to your email that you need the recipients' acknowledgment upon receipt, so as to know that your message has been read. ;)

The problem is you need to know someone has opened the email.
