does your family have a holiday tradition.. like on thanksgiving we usualy have the same foods usuly consisting of my fav broccoli casserole yum , sweet potato bake casserole, double you.. mash potaotes, gravy, turkey and ham, sometime pea salad with lettace... and so much more.. all the family gather at my aunts on my mom's side and we all bring a dish.. then we take turns hosting the dinner on my husbands side not sure who's up this year... (where its gonna be yet ) my daughter's favorite cake in the whole world is grandma anita's mountain dew cake wow its so good.. i like pineapple casserole.. i love anything with pineapples even just a plain pineapple pizza :) my fav dessert is from a reasturant wendys i dip wnedys fries in ther small vanillla frosty ohhhhhh its so good.. and for christmas we have a tradition of how we open the gifts we pass all the gista out first and then we go around in a circle and one person at a time opens a gift.. it is alot of fun that way..takes longer but well worht it.. and this way the kids know who bought them the gift rather then just opening them all at once.. thisnyear were gonna start some new traditions were gonna make alot of our onaments homemade.. cant wait to start im already in the christmas and holiday spirit...

My family has plenty of family reunions a year. We all celebrate all kinds of holidays from New Years, Valentines Day, Chinese New Year, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Grandparents' birthday, Thanksgiving, Christmas. We have all sorts of meals, it changes every year, we don't have the same foods though. We usually have Vietnamese cuisine with a touch of American desserts. My family is diverse :)

for a typical Filipino family during new year, we have round fruits on our table which symbolizes wealth or money for the new year.
