A life Changing Moment

A Typhoon is currently sweeping past Taiwan (where I am currently living). On TV, I could see flooding everywhere, damaged buildings and signs. It is just awful. Is this a time for a life changer? Should I be sitting down and looking at my life and determine if I should be satisified with my life or should I be doing something more meaningful? I had friends who had life changes, like when their children were born, or one who overcame an illness. What's your life changer? or are you satisified with what you have now?

No one can tell you when you should change your life. If you're doing good things then you're already doing better than most people who doesn't care whether they hurt others or not along the way. Being aware of who you are and doing what is best for you is already a life changer in itself. Everyday is a learning process and you change as you see fit. I am satisfied as of now with my life but of course, being human, I still want other things to come into my life.

just the mere fact that i have a family on my own now is a life-changing experience coz you no longer just think of yourself, but you put your family above the rest

For sure! But, sometimes we tend to lose track of our priorities and forget about our families. Thanks for the reply.
