I don't quite understand the question due to your grammar, and since I see two possible questions I'll answer both. Perfect wisdom teeth/tooth: As it grows, it probably will hurt you, but as long as it is not impacted and it isn't pushing other teeth, then it is doing fine. However, the only way to really know if they are impacted or not is to visit a dentist, and get a x-ray. Upon inspection, the dentist will tell you if you do have them impacted, and up to what degree. If necessary, he'll tell you that you have to get them removed. Perfect teeth overall: All your teeth should be perfectly aligned, both how for out or in, and how much to the left or to the right they are. None should be at an angle, all should be in a neat row. There shouldn't be gaps between your teeth that are bigger than the usual gaps. Always visit a dentist if you feel there is something seriously wrong with your teeth! that is definitely something you should not wait to do, since we all know teeth problems can be incredibly expensive and painful.
