I often think about Thomas Edison but that tooks me to surprise as we work more and more we tire more eaily and we complain about headaches ,back aches but Thomas Edison was like all of us who worked for many days months and years and discovered bulb ...... When I see it I find my brain has limitation to work agressively for long hours and get tires Sometimes I think what if I could have 10 heads so that I can use one at a time and work for 10 days without tiring and use other brain and so on ha ha ha ha lol so coming back to my quesiont why our brain tires sooner than others what can we do so that our brain becomes more and more powerful as we work so that each of us can discover something like bulb ........ well i think eating more chocolate works for me.... probably because it's made of sugar so scientifically speaking, it may be true that sugary foods work as brain foods.... other than that, coffee also helps to energize me whenever i start to feel sleepy...i remember those days in college when i had to study really hard days before a major exam.....

lol, well i think if anyone was really interested enough and determined enough to discover something new (something like the bulb discovery), and lots of patience is required here, then i think that person will succeed in discovering one...it's not whether the brain is energetic or intelligent enough.... i think the interest behind the works is the driving force for a person to achieve what he wants to.

sleep earlier and wake up early and have a healthy breakfast. if u feel really tired u should stop and take a rest, because a healthy body is more important than working.

Exercise meditation, adhere strictly to a healthy lifestyle, eat balanced food; it all relates to the way you think and act unless you have specific illness. The way to combat daily tasks is to start enjoying what you are doing and pay full attention to complete one task at a time. In today's world - and because of economic crisis - we just can't afford to engage assistants anymore. So, all of us function like a multi-tasking CPU! This is what we call the order of the day. Just carry it on, be positive, take rest when it is required. And create a routine based on realistic time frame. Hopefully, you will be able to get accustomed with it. Best of luck.

I read once that the brain never gets tired. It's the mind that tires, also people can train themselves to take a 10 min. nap and be fully refreshed. Now this was many years ago and maybe new tests have proven this wrong. But if it's true then we have control of our minds and can learn to better use our time.
