Why there are no opportunities for Asian countries 2earn money online unlike US?

I have noticed that almost all "online money making" jobs and opportunities are available to Countries like U.S. U.K. Australia, Canada etc. But there are no such opportunities for Asian countries like "India" to work or make money online. Almost all of the survey sites, offers, discounts And even Freebies are available to U.S. U.K. Australia, Cananda. do you know of any such opportunities available for Asian countries and especially "India" to work or earn money online, get freebies, offers ?
