How do you maintain a healthy and good figure?

We girls are conscious we need a perfect body figure with flat bellly. However sometime we cannot control and wants to eat more. Since we know preventing overweight is better than curing excess fat inside our body, do you really control your eating everytime? Once i read from the newspaper that some girls who cannot control their eating, eat normally and if it is is excess, they would vomit everything in toilet. Do you think its good and true way to control our eating?

That is an eating disorder. It is called bulimia. It is bad for you. Anyway, you girls, females, ladies are cursed with the hormone estrogen. You produce lots of this hormone and it makes your body accumulate fats in some areas in your body. Well, it is really not bad for you because it is your nature. All in all women usually have more fat than men because of the hormone alone but many men become fat too because many of us are just lazy. It is the worst way to control your eating habits. There are other eating disorders out there. Why do women want to be skinny when guys don't want them to be? Is it the magazines?

I have a slim body type, and fast metabolism, I don't control my eating. But here's what I noticed, if I drink soft drinks I tend to accumulate more fats on my belly, compare to not drinking them. I drink iced tea instead.

For me I don't really have to watch what I eat because I have a high metabolism so i don't gain weight in fact I was 110 pounds when I was in school and now that I am not in school I weigh 100 pounds. I lost 10 pounds with out doing anything because I mostly eat sleep and just be lazy. People's bodies are different some have very high metabolisms and others very low metabolisms.

I maintain my figure by eating of right foods, activities like basket ball , tennis that's for good blood circulation,

dont do that. if you try to vomit your food, you will get used to do that and that will be your habit (bulimia. it's not good for your healt. i guess the best way is if you eat a lot, try to balance it with exercise more. dont do something bad like bulimia

It is actually the worst think you can do to your self. Girls( mostly teenagers) often do this because of lack of experience . Maintaining good figure can be really tough but controlling your body fat this way can lead to serious health damage.

The girls you mentioned are bulimic. They suffer from an illness called bulimia nervosa. Vomiting what one has eaten is very unhealthy. If you cannot curb your appetite, then it would be better to choose what you eat. Avoid junk. Go for water-rich, high fiber and low-carb foods such as fruits and vegetables. Also, dieting is futile if you don't exercise. If I want to lose weight, I'd hit the gym or jog or take a brisk walk in the park.
