good day, i try to register on the web mention.. so sad.. hey claim my IP already in use. How this can be? i'm the only one using this laptop and im using broadband.. any idea?

You are using a shared IP. It changes all the time when you connect to the internet. You can try it again by disconnecting and then reconnecting. Someone already used that IP to register.
