1000 pregnant women die every day in India. Isn't it sad? The situation in the whole of the developing world is same. What should we do to ensure that at least people live?

There is much we could do but this world will never do it. As long as we are divided into a million fragmented cliques then we ill never cooperate to end war, suffering, poverty, child abuse, etc. I believe that God will soon act to end all injustices. Hopefully it will not be too long now.

Education will be a good beginning. People go to any length to keep a myth alive but will not be practical enough to save a life. I bet a majority of these lives could have been saved if someone had taken them to the most primary of the hospitals.
