I am planning to buy a new house but I am quite confused what are those things I have to consider in buying a house of my own. The first thing is, I want to be independent and want to learn things about life on my own. Is there any out there? Would give me a suggestions or tips? Am I on the right track?

Before you even take the next step in buying a home of your own is to make sure that you will be comfortable with the budget that you have to have in order to buy a house of your own. In addition to that, you want to make a list of those things that you would like to find in a house. There might be some things that you will need to compromise on, but the right hose for you and your family will not require a lot of different compromises.

Know that when things break you get to fix them. We just recently got a home warranty to help with some big things. It will help if washer, dryer, hot water heater, fridge, garage door opener, a/c, furnace and other items if they break. Good thing is you can paint your walls any color you want. Find a good plumber just in case. Make sure you find out how much the taxes will be and also home owner insurance will be. If you get an FHA loan you will have MIP every month to pay. Figure these items in when looking at your monthly payment they can add a few hundred dollars to the payment every month. See if you will owe any HOA dues (home owners association.) Have a home inspection done before you buy the house, helps you to make sure you are not buying a lemon. Figure out what is important to you to have, a one or two car garage, how many bathrooms do you need, how many bedrooms. How long to you plan to keep the house? Make sure it is big enough to grow with you. Buy a ladder your will need one. You will have to mow the yard if you have one. Check into how much trash service will be. Save up some money for extra for just in case. You can find out an estimate of utilities cost. It is nice because you own something. I would advise not to take out a 2nd on your home. Find something you can afford. Try to get most of what you want do think that it will be fine to add it later, easier to have it from the start like a/c. The most important is to live within your means. Good luck with your search and don't let anyone force you into a decision you may need to look at a lot of houses before you find the right one. Always go back without the realtor at different times of the day make sure you like the neighborhood.

I think the most important part would be its location, your budget, and its security. You might also need to find a good loan package that is lowest in interest rate and has the flexibility to pay more when you have the extra cash.
