I have been looking into starting my own webpage for awhile now. I have all the content ideas I want, however I don't really know where to start? I feel like I should just give it a shot and get my hands dirty, but I have put a lot of thought into this and want my effort to show. I also don't want to spend a lot of money to do this. Can anyone give any advice on how to start a good webpage and what steps if any I should be following? Any help would be appreciated - thanks

First, you must have to select the perfect niche for your domain name, if you think that your content ideas is good then do a keyword research, maybe you can hire some website designer which you can afford in order for you to have nice and good website if you are not good in designing process.

You should have a plan to build a website. which audiance you are targeted for.. How your website look is and what functions it will have.. Since building a website may require some web programming knowledges..such as HTML, CSS, PHP and SQL, etc.. If you just want to build a simple website, HTML and CSS is enough. But if you want to build a website which associated with database, PHP and SQL is required.

Hi there! I created my own website for free on www.weebly.com . They make creating a website really easy plus it looks nice and professional. They will walk you through the steps of creating it. Just go in with an idea of what you want to do. For me, I created a website with all of my online earning sites that I participate in. I then added a blog for people to see how much money I earn on each site, each month. You're more than welcome to check out my website (link in profile) to get an idea of what you can create on Weebly. And like I said, it's EASY! I highly recommend it!!

Its really a good idea to open up a new website of your own. But if you are just beginning in this field then it will take you some time but it will be definitely worth your effort. I would also like to know what content you will be placing on your site unless it is some secret. I also own a website and I have placed it on a webhost named limedomains. It provide free hosting for a year when we purchase a domain name through them which cost about $9 for a year. Their service is good but as mentioned above by a user, if your site will be something related to downloads or uploads then you will need more expensive plans and hosting. Anyway best of luck for your online journey!

learn php, html, xhtml language to develop a website good one and if it include database like storing something then learn MySQL, ORACLE. After learning you can develop sites like neobux. but for security you have to learn cryptography too.

There are some questions: 1- Are you going to develop that yourself? If yes: 2- What web application languages do you know? If no: How much money are you going to spend? and then, what is your web site about?
