six packs

can we really get six packs if we always do sit up? i have read somewhere that a man do 300 sit up everyday and have a very nice six packs. But i got read somewhere on the internet that sit up wont build six packs. Can we really get sixpacks by doing sit up only? Most of people building muscle eat chicken breast. What is the use of chicken breast? fill up empty stomach? Please answer and Thanks for answering :D

Hi dear, It all depend on the will and wish our requirement. If someone really want to be a 6 packed shape, they will do whatever they want to achieve it. Here the aim is the moto and not the way, so you feel what, and do that way. If you prefer to eat chicken, you can have. But not beyond the limits. Whatever we do, to reach that point, there may be certain restrictions. Here also, few things are applicable and you must follow. I mean a 50:50 ratio for all things will work out well. Anything more and anything less is harmful. So, this principle can apply to all aspects of our life not only 6 pack. Regards, Thank-s

uuummm, that guy looks like he has boobies. im not to fond of that...yuck. anyway, my son says situps are mostly great for thinning the belly, flattening it. it seems to work. six pack is usually gotten from lifting weights i think.

Hey I like 6 packs body. And also it is my desire to have six pack bodies. But it is too difficult for me to make 6 pack bodies. Because I am too lazy. And don’t like to do exercise daily. So without exercise it is not possible to make my body 6 packs.
