What is your opinion on the DADT (don't ask, don't tell) policy?

I know that in the USA right now (I'm Canadian) there's a lot of debate going on about getting the DADT policy repealed. I'm just wondering where you stand on this and what reasons you have for wanting it to be kept in place/repealed. So a)do you support repeal? and b) why or why not?
