How do you spend your time on Mylot?

Do you have a system as to what questions that you answers, which ones you skip. How do you keep up with everything on here. Just looking for what other mylotters do. Currently, I check my started discussions, then move onto my friends. From there, I check the ones that have not had a response yet. I look for the the most interesting topics. This is kind of the cycle I go through. I spend about 30 minutes at a time on here, rarely more than that. Because of that reason, I do not want to befriend too many people and not be able to keep up with everyone.

I have a daily routine of going to my emails first and respond to all my friends new and comments then I move on to the new discussion tab and skim through any interesting new discussions.
At this point I may decided to start a discussion and then go back to my emails as shortly after there are more alerts of new discussion and comments. I may then take a break and move on to my other sites. At some point throughout the day I re do all mentioned above.
This is how I use myLot now successfully for 4 months.

Good idea!
What I normally do is, check myLot for friends and messages and approve them. After that head down to money interests and check out the discussion. I seldom check on my email on responses since I receive alot of mails from twitter etc. Kinda flooded email.
I will check on myLot whenever I am taking a break from my writing article online. like a 30 mins break or so :)

Yes I had the same problem before but now I figured out how to filter my emails in my preferences so I get a folder of only myLot emails. This has saved me immensely from having to weed out all the others.

i spend my time here in Mylot 30mins. and more..if i am only at home i could stay my Mylot account open until i have time to sit and read responses as well..i really enjoy this site..behalf that you can learn a lot here, you can also discuss what you wanna know..you can learn, laugh and share ideas here and most especially you can earned in this site..Enjoy Guys..^__^

I start by attending to my friends’ notifications in my in box and after that I come to the site and look around and respond to what appeals to me. I go to the ones with no responses too to help out. I admit that I struggle to keep up with all my notifications sometimes but I do my best. If I’ve started a discussion I attend to all my responses too so it is usually a busy time here but I love it!

Hello, i do not have system in mylot actually. I just look for the most interesting topics where I can relate and then put my thoughts there. I only do mylotting when I have spare time, I do not take it seriously when it comes to time allotment. I am also looking for friends who have answers and add them up. Maybe, the community will like me, but for now, since I am newbie, I am still trying to blend in.:)

I, as of yet, do not feel the need to comment on every single thing. For example in a discussion like I have started and most people are saying similar things, I do not take the time to respond to every person. Only when a new idea is posted do I comment. I too stick to the interesting topics. I am most interested in the q&a, the parenting, and life, but do belong and follow other areas.

I have been in the myLot community for over two years now, and I very much enjoy participating in the community. I try to come online on myLot every evening after I get back home from my work. That gives me about an hour or so each evening, posting and responding to postings. There is of course a wide rage of topics in the postings. Very interesting indeed !

I check my mails first and decide on the discussions I want to respond to. Some discussions are not relevant to me or are that, I have no idea how to respond to them. Then I'll login to Mylot and go to 'Today's top discussions'. I'll start choosing the discussions and respond to them. After that I'll keep on refreshing the page every 10 minutes or so.

When I joined mylot I have no idea on how it really works until one time when I'm on the other site someone told me that she is earning from this site and I told her that I'm also a member of mylot and I didn't know that you can earn from mylot.
Wasn't really active on my first 2 months but when I started reading some discussions and posting comments I started to like it.
I also Started some discussions but I like to answer to discussions rather than starting my own. But sometimes if I have something to ask and say I start my own discussions.

It depends. I normally spend my time on money interest. Unless I am bored and out of topic, I will head to cell phones, internet and Q&A sites!
I spend roughly about a couple of hours at myLot. Since I am connected to internet at work and home, I visit whenever I have time. Example taking break from writing :)

I spend time in mylot more in answering various discussion. I also start discussion. I use to read the replies to my discussion. Also i read discussion on topic i like and are informative to me.
