What is the difference between Ipodtouch and Iphone?

The Ipodtouch and Iphone share the apps and their functions are close. Except Iphone do have the cell phone function. They can use to listen longs, watch videos, take photos, etc... What is the difference between Ipodtouch and Iphone?

I have both. I touch is more designed for internet/wifi, movies, music, applications where as I phone is for internet/wifi, movies, music, applications plus the ability to talk and take pictures.

well... i guess iphone is having calling function and camera.. which ipod touch doesn't have.. That the main difference i guess.. other features like game and applications are quite similar.. both having wifi too.
