It's so difficult to organize my newspaper and magazine after read it. I feel like the old newspaper keep piling up and eating spaces in my house and for magazines, I just feel it's quite hard to throw it away because they come up with colors and articles that might useful for me. So the way I organize it is to throw away the newspaper monthly and keep the magazines piling up in my house and just keep it on the storage room. Do you also feel difficulties on organizing your magazine and newspapers?

Even when we told ourselves that we need to keep them for the information written there, believe me we would never return and go over those newspapers and magazines when we need to know somethings. Easier to find any information on the internet. Usually, we do not throw them right away, because we remember how much we paid for it. I don't like to read newspapers and magazines. So, I don;t have that trouble. If I want information and news, I just browse the internet. I like books better, but I have a huge shelf to store them.

i know.... i can't make up my mind whether to throw away old magazines or newspaper because i don't want to, but then again, i dont really read them again...but i like keeping them. but the problem is the space in side my room that's only fit for my things already there.....and the magazines / newspapers only accumulate dust. which i'm allergic to.

Oh yeah don't keep them in your room if you are allergic to dust. My sister also has the same allergy and she never bring newspaper or magazine inside her room. She starts sneezing repeatedly if the room dirty. Thanks for the comments!

We throw away our magazines after about a week. Actually the subscription we had ran out so we're no longer getting the magazine we did. The paper gets thrown out every day unless we're having watermelon, then it's kept to be used as a barrier to protect the counter from watermelon juice.

I think you should sold out the news papers.I usually do so when i get a lot of old news papers, magazines etc. I only keep the very relevant magazines with me.Selling will bring some bucks to me too.

I don't collect newspapers. I have a daily supply of newspapers delivered to my house. After I read the each day, I put it in the garage. After a month's worth of newspapers, I then give it to the local recycling center for free. I do this regularly every month. As for magazines, I have my own rule. After three years of storage, I always donate it to someone or also give it to the recycling center.

I actually don't really worry about organizing them because I will get rid of them after I'm done reading them. If there are articles or something that I think will be useful to me in the future I will simply cut those out and save them, but the rest of the stuff goes to the trash. The reason for this is that there is enough clutter in my house as it is and I really don't want to add a lot more clutter to the house.

I too had that problem.I would find something interesting in each paper or magazine. The best way is to keep a scrap book. You can cut and paste all these useful articles for future use in the book.
