Good day to all of you. It seemed that this month has passed yet again. there's a lot of Christmas Parols that I noticed some roads when i went to an organization. but unfortunately, it's not as exciting as it was before. i rarely see people buying christmas decorations, but probably i am too early to assume. So, what have you been planning to do this Christmas Season? are you thrifting a lot more or spending later. most specially when it comes to food, decorations and others. Don't forget the Night Mass. I am looking forward to it. sadly, my youngest son isn't so happy about it.

I think it is still too early for those! I haven't even planned for Christmas yet, but I am guessing it will be just like any other year. Just stay home wait for visitors and in the afternoon, we will be having a family gathering to see relatives we only see during Christmas. Merry Christmas!

My family and even neighbors do nothing any preparations yet for Christmas. It is still too early i think unlike before people usually starting to prepare for Christmas such as decorating houses with parols and Christmas lights even in the streets i haven't seen yet outside. But, somehow feel sad when i start reminiscing the usual thing we do at my younger age because now is really a big difference than before. But who knows what a surprise and exciting adventure when Christmas day is already near! Just take it easy and feel free to what you wanted to feel about the incoming Christmas! Some people might excitedly preparing now and have so many plans to do on that day..just watch and you might be belong to that surprises!

the past years i have been buying gifts when october sets in but now i havent event saved a penny. i think the celebration will not be as lavish as it was before for us... after all, it is not about lavish celebration.

Christmas and New Year are my favorite holiday of the year because this is the time where I see people hanging out with family, shop for clothes and spend a lot.Though this one might be impractical nowadays still it gives us some hopes that despite of all the hurdles we still really to enjoy this season in every way we can.It doesn't have to have a big feast but just a simple feast is enough for as long as everyone is happy and forgiving.

why he's not happy about it? anyway every time BER months comes I feel Christmas is getting nearer and nearer. waiting for the 13th month pay and spending it before December to buy gifts for everyone and for Noche Buena (December 24]. Don't forget Media Noche (December 31st] and the air around us is much cooler than the usual specially at night. i guess its because of the economic crisis that's why people are just recycling the Christmas decorations of the past season than buy new ones. We do. Our Christmas Tree is like 15 years old already and its still standing though it already lost some or few of its decorations.

I think it's too early to buy Christmas decorations, even here in our place the shopping malls have no display of Christmas decors yet, usually they start selling these items around the middle of October. Traditionally Christmas decorations usually displayed after All soul's day. I am very excited to celebrate Christmas with my family in the province. I can't wait for the upcoming holidays to arrive!

We're only starting, dear.:) To buy stuff for decorations for the coming Christmas event is just too early. Besides, we, Filipinos, are still waiting for the bonuses before we can really spend lavishly for the big season.:) I don't have much plan for Christmas except that right now I am contemplating of having to celebrate it in the province. Christmas celebration there is a lot more fun than here in the city.We get to eat Noche Buena together and do stuff for the kids. or it is because most of our close relatives are all in the province. We usually celebrate it at my grandma's house. But, i'm not sure yet if my husband has plans of celebrating our Xmas in the province....

I think we make x-mas longer is because x-mas spirit gave us hope, Happiness and to be strong to survive how hard life can be. It really makes a pinoy very unique! I really like this season! So I hope I have many gifts to receive this year!

Yes the -ber months are here again which mark the beginning of Christmas particularly here in the Philippines. It is my goal for this year's Christmas to be able to complete the nine mornings. I never had a complete attendance of it ever since. I hope I can make it now. I am also beginning to save some cash for the gifts to my loved ones. In the months to come, for sure Christmas sales in malls will start to treat everyone.

Yes Christmas is fast approaching! Nights are getting longer, it getting to be colder. Yuletide carols are slowly being played and will be in the next coming months. But like you i have noticed that there less excitement. People at this point in time is still preoccupied with their daily activities. THe "Christmas Spirit" will start to roll after the All SOULS DAY (HOLLOWEEN). Atleast thats my experience here in the Philippines.

yes, christmas is in the air. i guess the excitement comes when the bonuses start to be received by the workers. this is the time that most malls have outrageous sales and parties here and there and everywhere. i know this is not the core of christmas. i am happy that you mentioned about the dawn masses. i guess those too build up the excitement of christmas in everyone's heart in the philippines.

my wife always start her christmas list once september stepped in. and with that she starts buying a few once she spots something at the mall. this helps our budget and we wont be experiencing christmas rush. we also have more time to think on what to give. regarding christmas decorations we set it up before the night mass starts. regarding to those who sell christmas decoration this is natural already that they start as soon as september is here. the earlier they start the better the income they can have. we have a four year old son so we are excited for christmas for this is for the kids.

I always thought that September is very early to prepare for Christmas. Some do Caroling on this month... so unacceptable for me! I have notice Parols sold on the streets too here in Davao. But good enough, I do not hear christmas songs played on malls coz it would really freak me out.hehe... There is still the Halloween month so, the malls/ stores are still displaying Halloween stuffs. Others also think that it is a good thing to buy Christmas decors ahead of time while the prices are still low/cheap. Some do really decorate their entire house. I have seen many great houses with good amazing decorations!! But I think, those houses reuse their decors every year to save some money since christmas decors nowadays are very expensive...
