depends on what type of player is sitting in front of you. When you are playing a verry agressif player you can say he is bluffing you 6 out of 10 hands but how can you know when it's one of the six? here are some easy noticeable boddytells: when he/she looks you right in the eyes for longer than 5 seconds he/she is trying to scare and intimidate you=bluff looks frequently back to his cards=checking if he/she actually has made his hand=90% the time not a bluff hands shake when he puts his/her chips down for a bet=Monster hand breathing noticeably deeper and harder, big chestexpantion=Monster hand looks to the other playe ('s) stack before betting= Monster hand if he/she smokes. When he/she takes bigger and longer Lurks= Good hand Pupils expanded= Monster hand

It's usually when he looks you right in the eyes that you might be inclined to think he is bluffing as opposed to someone avoiding you. Unless they are very poor players, most people holding a powerful hand wouldn't want to give you reasons to fold, and looking straight in the eyes of their opponents would be pretty intimidating.

I don't think you can truly know for sure if somebody is bluffing. If you stay in a game long enough, there are small "tells" you can pick up from a person. I knew this one guy who used to pull his left shoulder slightly when he's bluff betting. He goes to the bathroom, comes back in few minutes. The very next hand, he starts betting & he was moving his left shoulder around. Not like with a big motions but just enough to notice if you paid a tention. Turns out, he bumpped into a door hinge on his way out from the bathroom. I wasn't in the hand but apparently another guy thought he was bluffing & bet into it. Guy with the "shoulder twitch" ended up beathing the other guy.
