Hi! I would cure cancer and auto-immune diseases. There really are so many diseases that don't get national recognition and therefore, no funding for research and efforts to find cures. Auto-immune diseases are among those. And cancer just needs to go away!

I would have cured AIDS. It's the disease that everyone is afraid of but seems not to get protection for.

The biggest disease is stupidity, so I would cure that. Then people would stop smoking immediately, and that would have a big impact on several other diseases including cancer and emphesema.
