Divorce To Be Legalized?

                    Divorce shouldn't be legalized here in the Philippines in my opinion. I believe that no man should ever separate what God has put together. I am a God-fearing man so I will obey His commandments.

                            Wow!!! nice thought I am also a God fearing women so obey his command and not like divorce if any problem create then I will solve with communication.

                    Yes, divorce has to be legalized in all countries. This is the only solution to live happily without the burden of spouse

                    There is a big difference between divorce and annulment. Legal separation really is a toothless remedy these days since the marriage is not severed. I am not in favor of annulment because this is unfair to the innocent party. In case annulment is granted, the properties are divided and they go on their merry way. Both parties can marry again and no alimony is required. Divorce on the other hand would require parties to think carefully since they will bear the burden of their mistake long after it is over.

                    I am from India, but we have many friends in Philippines, so i think divorce is needed.
