I think now it is a common decease. Because I know many persons who have problem of diabetes. My father also facing this problem. They also have diabetes. I think now it is a very common decease. And also only avoiding of fat things and also avoiding of sugar is necessary in this decease. But mostly person can’t able to control their sugar.

You are right. I should control my sugar and fat intake to avoid diabetes. Its really scary if you read about effects of diabetes to a person.

Phil should be very lucky to have a very caring neighbour like you. Diabetes is actually a disorder and not a disease. One can lead a normal life with proper diet, medication and regular exercise.
