How do you reach out/ recruit/ invite

I love what I do on line I love PTC and MLM but am lousing at recruiting. I do not understand free traffic or any traffic sites. purchased leads have lead to nothing but dead ends. I have cards and flyers ,a website, blog and twitter. What are you favorite methods and how do you publish you web site I need help

I'm really bad at getting referrals as well. I do have 4 referrals here on Mylot (I don't remember how I did it though), but they only stayed active for a little while, some weren't active at all. I have one great referral on Cashium, and got him on a referral exchange site. That way, I discovered a new site to earn money and got a referral, which is pretty great!
