There is a free book called "Is the Bible True?"

Do you believe in the Holy bible? There is a free booklet being passed around in the internet and it claims to provide answers to questions we might likely ask. I will be free tomorrow so I am planning to get a copy of this "Is the Bible True" free book.

Oh Ye of little faith! Why do u need a free book to prove the bible true! Jesus answered them, “Truly I tell you, if you have faith and do not doubt, not only will you do what has been done to the fig tree, but even if you say to this mountain, ‘Be lifted up and thrown into the sea,’ it will be done. So is there any doubt the Bible is true, or will we go for the free book?

Well I get your point. I'm just trying to read more about how the Bible became a bible. I have been reading and watching documentaries about how the bible came and everytime I see them I have more questions. I just need to satisfy my need for more information. I guess I have not found my "faith" like you have yet.

I neglected to mention a complete and utter disappointment with the Holy Book! If God could sanction such a book, and keep it updated (as the bible claims) in the early days of civilization, he could,(and I'm sure He would) be doing so today. When the Great Scam (Organized Religion) was first perpetrated on Humanity some 1500 years ago, much of the original Bible was deleted, and just as much or more was added as a backup for the Scam. The general public was ignorant, uneducated, and would believe almost anything. At this time (centuries later)people are educated and beginning to put simple things behind them, as they begin to do their own thinking, and believe their own beliefs. I found my Faith over 50 years ago, as I walked away from Christianity never to return! Thanks for the Best Response!
