Have You Ever Had A Dispute With Your Neighbor Or Someone In Your Neighborhood?

I am pretty lucky not to have had any disputes with any of my neighbors since we have lived here not that some of my neighbors haven't done things to annoy me I think we all do things that may annoy are neighbors at times just not that bad where you feel you have to say something about it, some times the person realizes what their doing and take care of the situation. Other neighbors are not that considerate. It has to be really bad for me to actually confront them some people it takes any little thing to set them off like a barking dog ,or a neighbor not taking care of his lawn ,letting trash build up ,loud parties etc... once my neighbor did have a dog that barked constantly it was a Rottweiler,he barked at any and everything you couldn't even walk across the street without that dog barking he was also putting a lot of his weight on the fence and it was falling apart it was only a matter of time before he came right through the fence I eventually did go over and talk to him and it went rather well. The dog was gone in a week it wasn't even his dog he was letting a friend let the dog stay there he said to me that he was tired of the dog barking too.
