Do you think Lady Gaga ripped off Lina Morgana?

Ok so I was reading Star magazine and in it there's an article about Lady Gaga and a woman named Lina Morgana. In the article Lina Morgana's mother claims that Lady Gaga stole her daughters image. Apparently the two worked together before Lady Gaga blew up. In the article there are photos of the two and I have to say I see a bunch of similarities. I also went on YouTube and saw some of Lina Morganas videos and it's pretty obvious that their styles are similar. Sadly, Lina Morgana committed suicide back in 2008. So what do you guys think? Is this a lady trying to make a quick buck off of Lady Gagas success or did Lady Gaga really rip off Lina Morgana?
