I would like my boss to be with a good sense of humor. In this he/she is fun and easy to be with. Of course I also want my boss to be knowledgeable and a holder of high standards - so I can learn a lot from him/her. How about you? How do you find your boss now?

I want my boss to be....ME! I mean, seriously, I'd like to put up my own office or business so that no can will dictate what I should or should not do. My boss now, I call him THE boss from hell. It's hard working for a person like that.

In the modern times, there has been radical changes in the working style of the corporates, enterprises and more and more companies are looking for the ambitiously driven and yet highly intellectual professionals to be chairmen, Managers, supervisors. With the demand and right to information, the law for good working environment, it is essential that a Boss is highly efficient when it comes to driving the challenges and leading by example. However, it is more important that the leader and Bosses have good interpersonal and intra-personal skills. They have to be open and transparent in their working and dealing the sub-ordinates with equality. The Boss has to have strong sense of humor, he must not be huge sarcastic, he must have the motivation skills. Therefore, it is the most challenging profile and not many can fit in this position.

You are so right! I agree with you. Being a boss is a hard task. And we members who are under him/her must appreciate the things he/she is doing. But of course he/she should also learn how to relate with other people. It is also part of his/her job. This kind of leadership maybe would be democratic kind. The authoritative and the laissez fair type also has their own style but it is up to the boss/the leader how he/she would handle the group.

I like my boss to be on the same wavelength as me. IT will be much easier for us to communicate even without having to say anything because we know what each other are thinking about. Other than that, they have got to be fun and adventurous. SOmeone who knows where to draw the line between work and play. IF a boss is too close to their employees, employees tend to take advantage of them. If boss were to scold them, employees won't be happy because they placed friendship above work, and that's wrong.
