Is DACEBAND still active ...means does it pays ?

Yesterday I have joined the site daceband, but when i saw users profile, maximum users had the stats - " LAST SEEN - 200 + days ago" , means many users are inactive in it from 8-10 months .Why is this ?
Is this site still paying or is it in a scam list ?
Can anyone give their views ? How is this site , Are you still a member ?

many people got inactive on daceband after the new change made in program..daceband limited the number of post a member can make a day and they limited it to 20 post per day..the earning for 20 post would be very very low and that's make impossible to reach the payout.
