For all those of you who were - like me - wo ndering what on earth a couple wanted a model of a fox on the wedding cake that my daughter made for them the question has been ansewered.
It is actually a very romantic reason!
It seems that the couple in question went for a day out in Chester and as they walked by the river they turned and saw a fox watching them, they walked along to a wall and the fox followed them.
They went into a little park and the man kneeled down to propose and as they turned round the fox was watching themagain.
So since then the fox has been their lucky charm.
Now don't you - like me feel a little guilty for questioning that fox!!!

Ahah! I knew it! Well of course there has to be a reason behind the fox. It was pretty obvious. And it was really rather sweet and amazing.
But why a plastic bride and groom?
I'm sure there are a lot of better-looking alternatives.

That's a relief, oldchem.
So what did you replace it with?

Oh a little foxy witnessed the proposal, very romantic of them to have that on their cake as a memorial.

AHHHHHHHHH!!! That's the reasons for the fox. I was wondering if you were going to find out and let us know. That is a sweet story. I guess I would want the fox on my cake as well. Thanks for letting us know about the foxy mystery.

Very good!!
