Do you know mooncake? It is the tranditional food of China. We always eat them at the Mid-autumn Day which is for the whole family meeting together. The mooncakes are round like the moon of that day. People always look at the moon to miss the family and lovers far away, and give them the best wishes. How sweet! Yesterday is the Mid-autumn Day.

You don't like sweet food?! I like mooncakes very much as other tranditional foods. I think eating this kind of food is not just for the taste, but for the meaning of missing home!

Moon cakes are served among friends and family gatherings when celebrating the Moon Cake Festival. The Moon Cake Festival is for lunar worship and moon watching. When i was in Macau, all my Chinese friends are giving me a lot of moon cakes, I love moon cake and i enjoyed the moon cake festival because there are a lot of moon cakes and it varies in different shapes and flavor.

Yes, I do know what a mooncake is. During the celebration of mooncake festival which is on the fifteenth of august according to the Chinese calendar. Mooncake is the specialty of this celebration which it is round in shape and enjoyed by all members of family. In the old days, people are separated by large distance such as those went for war and the wife and kids staying at home. They would always look at the moon and think of people they miss.
