Men thinks of procreation / Women of security

So when i was having a chat with my brother the last time he told me, well for men most will really think of procreation - so tendency is men to find women with good looks, they will have the tendency to find attractive girls - so this mean they will have good looking offsprings. Whereas for women, he said most, if not all - will want to find guys or men who can provide them financial security. So would you agree, or not? what is your thought on this?
