lightspeed surveys

i joined lightspeed over a year ago but recieved NO surveys,so i've emailed them 3 times over the last year to try to find out why,the first 2 emails stated that i needed to update my profile,which i always kept up to date anyway,the 3rd that i sent last week said that i had a technical error on my account which meant that it was only part activated,but they had sorted it for me,i've now recieved 4 surveys in 2 days,why when i emailed them the first time last year didn't they check my account properly,i could've had payout twice over by now,,anyone else had this problem,or am i a one off

wow, this is really to bad to hear.
lightspeed is a very well know and legit company.
i've been paid by them a number of times.
so i'm actually surprised about this discussion.
i'm not sure what else to tell you,
but
hopefully this wil be your last bad experiece with lightspeed.

I've been a member of lightspeed for some time, but I haven't really tried to take their surveys like I should. So, I can't vouch for whether or not they are a legitimate company. However, even though it took you a year to get your account straightened out, I'm glad to hear that it has finally been fixed for you. I wish you the best of luck with being able to get to your payout in a rapid manner. You have to make up for lost time now.

my friends reach payout quite quickly so i'm hoping that now my account is fixed i'll get payout be fore christmas

I was receiving a lot of surveys with them, and then suddenly, I wasn't qualifying for any of them (perhaps I had already taken the survey with another survey site) and now, I'm no receiving any offers. I have gone and taken the short surveys and kept my profile updated, but still no offers.
Lightspeed was my first all-cash survey site, and I did well with them. But the other site I use probably has many of the same clients as Lightspeed. With more offers, more money and quicker payouts, I guess I fell out of favor with Lightspeed.
They still load the short surveys and questions to my page, but I haven't had a survey offer for more than a year...Lightspeed was fun while it lasted.

if i was you i'd email them and ask why you are not qualifying anymore,they may find something in your account like they did with mine

I havent had too many problems with them, but once in awhile they say I started a survey which I havent and I cant do it. I have been paid by them a number of times,it is one of my favorite survey sites.

I never had that problem with Lightspeed. Been with them for a couple of years now and have always received lots of surveys of which many I don't qualify for, but I do get enough for payments at least a couple times of year.

it took 3 emails in a year to their customer services to get any surveys,but i've now recieved 7 in 3 days

from the replies i've recieved i don't think it's a scam,i think they are just having a technical hiccup

Lightspeed are a great survey company,i have never had a problem with them.They always pay out aswell,they pay out really fast.There are a few companies that are like that that pay well.I have been with Lightspeed for well over a year,always get at least one email aday for a survey to do and they vary on points.This is a company that i have recomended to lots of people.

i'd heard that lightspeed was good,but at first i wasn't too sure as the customer service didn't seem to be very helpfull,but now they have finally discovered why i wasn't recieving any surveys and fixed the problem,i'm happy,i think i will enjoy this survey site
