Last day, I bought a dozen of insect repellant in the store because I heard in the news that it is the best in protecting our skin from the mosquito so I applied it every 3 hours to avoid biting mosquito. but after how man days of using this repellant, I felt it is not very effective because the mosquito bites me.
Howabout you?

It doesn't work on everybody. Also, I think many stores carry old stock that wont work at all. A bunch of dried Lavender, or a Lavender polish, or even those Lavender scented things that go in the toilet, will keep the mosquito away. They hate the smell! Citronella (lemon grass) items also work but are not found so easily.

I tried eating some garlic and lemon, and it helped a bit. You sweat out the smell and the mosquitoes hate it. But, you have to eat a lot of garlic, and it doesn't taste so great.
