You could buy a deep fat fryer. Wear clothes that cover your arms and use cooking utensils that have long handles, turn down the heat. Use a lid. I quickly brown the chicken and finish cooking in the oven. I hope this helps.

I would suggest using long sleeves as well. A deep fat fryer isn't 100% guaranteed, neither is long sleeves, but both do help. Good Luck.

try using a deep dish casserole for frying. It saves on the amount of oil you are gonna use at the same time it cooks the chicken evenly since it would be sompletely submerge. Also, cook in a low fire so you and your food won't getn burned. I hope this helps.

You just need to get a Spatter Shield for your frying pan. They have them wherever cooking supplies are sold. Many different styles are available.

If you just use salt to taste for you chicken, just leave it in the chiller for around 2 hours. Drain it and leave it on a strainer for 5 mins or you can just pat it dry with paper towel before you dredge it with flour (good mixture flour, salt, pepper, rice flour). Make sure you dust off excess flour to prevent the oil to burn faster. You need enough oil so that the chicken is fully submerged. Anything you fry should at least be pat dry or at least no dripping liquid. :D

deep frying I think is good. You have to fry your chicken on a pan with lots of cooking oil then wait for it to get hot. fry your chicken, cover it, monitor the heat. medium heat at first, the high, then medium, then low. In this case, the oil won't spill over.

Beauty-Denia What I have learned from my family when I was growing up about frying chicken low heat and put a lid on the pain will keep the grease from flying and keep you from getting burned it may take a little longer to cook but it sure taste good and will help to solve your problem. I learned a lot from my grand parents about cooking. I started to learn to cook when I was 8 years old by the time I was 10 I knew how to make a lot of things but was still learning. I love to cook.

My mom taught me that it gets easier because you get used to getting burnt Ha Ha but she could be wrong. I would love to hear other peoples answers too because I always get hurt when I deep fry things too like fish or homemade doughnuts if someone has a trick I would love to know.
