Internet addiction is a growing problem not just in developed countries but also start to appear in less developed countries due to easier internet access there. When you spend hours on end without breaks sitting and staring at the computer screen all day that will lead to a lot of health problems. First of all your eyes will be damaged and I see that most computer users wear glasses. Heavy internet user will sooner or later have to wear thick glasses. Other health problems include obesity due to lack of physical activity. On the other hand some people become very thin and dehydrated because they forget to drink and eat when they are online. We do everything online these days. We communicate or interact online. We shop online. Some people even work online. We rarely go out of our house anymore and as a result we are losing a direct human interaction.
