Why is there fake cops in the world?

I dunno why but i think there is fake cops in the world because they need money or they wann do it because they got nothing to do in life or they wanna ruin your life i dunno man people what do you think there is fake cops in the world?

There perhaps are couple good ones somewhere however I think we get exposed to so many bad an corrupted ones.
They unfortunately get this big power trip every time they put on the uniform and directly treat civilians like if they were all common criminals.
