epassporte still not available

i prefer using epassporte to receive my online earnings but what happened to eppas now, i receive a letter that they're having problem with the banks that's why they're fixing it at the moment but its already 3 weeks ago..I dont want paypal because you have to wait 2 to 3 days before you can withdraw the money but on epassporte right away you can go to atm booth and have the cash in just a minute...i wish their services will be fine soon...
