how do you like to excercise?

I was just watching a convo on tv which led to me thinking about how I like to excercise. I like to do it with a little music and a partner... just one or two more people. I dont like big excercise groups either. Lately, to be truthful, my excercise routine doesn't much exist but I should get back to that. How do you like to excercise. Music, no music? outside, inside? with a group, a partner or two, or by yourself? and possibly this will help me get back to excercising myself... What keeps you motivated?

I like to exercise later in the day as it helps to release the daily stress activities. I have a stationary bike that I use while sitting in front of the TV.. I am always surprised on how fast time goes after my exercise and show is over.

well i have a three month old son and i like to take him for walks... my exercise consists of going for long walks... they are really enjoyable and a good workout

Im sure that having the three month old is a work out in itself. I take a walk everynow and then. Its actually nice to walk around were I live, I should do it more often.

For me its a straight up 1 hour of high intensity of Cardio on treadmill I have been doing it for 3 years now and I am lean and I look good wearing formal wear .

I like to exercise when its morning around 4am because i want to breath the fresh air. ^^ My brother and I usually exercise since I dont want to do it alone its very boring and I want to have someone whom I can talk with. ^^

Well, I LOVE going for walks and bike rides, but when I hit the gym, I like to go alone. I bring a book because if I do the bike, I can read some :) but if I do the elliptical or something like that, then I listen to music. Music makes the time go faster. When I hit the weights, though, I typically don't listen to anything but my breathing. Getting yourself to work out is the hardest part, but once you actually just do it, you feel SO MUCH BETTER. :) It can actually become addictive!

I like to exercise with music on the treadmill. Sometimes I take my bike to nearby trails and ride around for 3-4 hours. I enjoy walking as well.

i like it when im inside the gym. because all the gadgets are there already. LOL yeah! and i prefer if i have a friend with me too, just one friend. i dont like also if its a group exercise. its noisy and annoying maybe.

well i like to exercise with music as long as i am doing arobic or cardio exercise. and when i want to do strength exercise i need loud music. i have some workout videos which i downloaded from net. like from exercise tv. they are ready to use like with music and all have different targets for your body....

Yeah ive used exercise t.v. before, I tried to learn yoga from them. But now to work out with a video I would have to workout were my room mates might see me. haha... I know its funny but I wont do it.

I woke up at 6 am,after drinking milk i used to do my simple work out or exercise.I usually do the easy one with dumbbells because i don't want a heavy work out.I only do it in 30 minutes just to maintain my body temperature and normal blood circulation.What keeps me motivated is when i see the result of my body curve.

I am planning to enter to a fitness class because i would like to exercise and gain some strength. One motivation i want to have is to be friends with girls. LOL

Though i don't exercise regularly, i sometimes exercise alone and sometimes with friends. i usually exercise inside my room alone with no music just pure counting. sit ups and some stretching are the exercise i do when alone. It's different when i'm with a group. i exercise during band practice with my fellow singers. We exercise by practicing dance steps, so this time i exercise with music. It's more fun when you do it with somebody and with music.

i would like to exercise while talking to my relatives/family members. I like to exercise when I am in front of the mirror, watching how I move my body and how i execute the steps. I like to exercise with music, because it makes me feel that my body is hyped up. I want to exercise also in groups, because you do not have the tendency to surrender the training.

I love roller skating, dancing and lately Yoga. Wich I should do more. I'm only a natural dancer, the rest of exercises I have to put my self into doing. I wish we could exercise studying and reading :D
