Cheap laptops for sale

I sale computers and I'm trying to figure out the best way to get my advertisements out. My laptops and desktops are pretty cheap. Any ideas on marketing my product?

kapil sibal(indian HR minister) also says that the government can supply the cheapest laptop to the graduation students........it is a good news for me, but is it possible to produce a laptop in 40dollors(they are planning for that)..
