Vampire Diaries Episode 3! (MAY contain spoilers, don't read if you missed it)

Anybody else wait every week with their dvr cued up to record TVD every week?? I know I do 
I usually record it and then watch it the next morning because my big tv is on perma-nick jr lol.
To continue what I mentioned in the last thread, I still feel bad for Damon. I started out a die-hard Stefan fan because Damon seemed determined to ruin his life when he appeared in Mystic Falls, but over time I've seen flashes of tenderness from him. I'm a big youtube fanatic so I encounter a LOT of 'Delena' fans - people who think Damon and Elena should be together.
I'm not going to say anything one way or another but they have amazing chemistry so even if something is wrong, you almost want it just to see where it would go.
I'm still not sure where they are going with the whole Lockwood thing - I dimly remember something about it in the books but the books are so different than the show, I don't remember anything about Mason in there either.
I guess all hell is about to break loose though, Caroline is not stable and the little treat at the end before the credits looks like an invitation to more injuries.

Waah.. I've been wondering what the moonstone is for and why Katherine wants it back when she already gave it away many years ago to the Lockwood ancestor.

Well next week is a repeat, but the 21st I think will be the next ep and the truth may come out! Finding out Katherine has been in league with Mason is strange, that thing that happened with him and the friend he accidentally killed looked like it happened awhile ago, but Katherine was just recently untombed, so how was she able to be there and influence him? That hasn't been explained yet.... Maybe Mason has been around longer than me think too... but then wouldn't Tyler and his mother be suspicious?

I have always been a Damon fan. Stephen is so boring. LOL. Damon always gets me going with my emotions - either i hate him or not hate him.
I am following it now. Actually, I am still loading it up since I watch the episodes here in the net. I have a feeling Caroline will be out of the show.

I thought Caroline would be out awhile ago... I didn't think she'd survive what happened at the end of last season. I watch interviews sometimes with the cast when I can find them and I haven't heard anything about her being written out yet, plus once you see who visits Caroline at the end of the third ep, you'll understand she might be going in a whole new direction lol.
Stefan is the light to Damon's dark, and based on history, Katherine LOVED Stefan... she did play them both but she compelled him, she didn't need to compell Damon. Stefan also swore off blood, he didn't want to destroy people to live. As far as honor, he's the honorable one, but Damon is intoxicating, fun... dangerous lol. He's not halfway about anything. I find it odd that back near the beginning, Stefan and Elena are talking about Matt and Elena and how it wasn't... passionate. OMG, Damon is passion in all CAPS. Good, bad, he gives 110%.

I haven't seen the start of the new season yet, but an officemate spilled to me some juicy parts from the 1st episode. Damon gets a double-whammy rejection from Catherine and Elena. Whoa! how could they resist someone so badass-ly cute?!? I heard also that a 'Dalena' is really possible.

I think you may be able to watch the first two eps on the CW online, not sure, I haven't looked yet. I record all of my eps and save them, if I can put them on dvd so I can transfer to my computer later, I will 
I bought the first season on dvd so I had good quality video.
I had written a discussion about the premiere and I had people bashing me for talking about the rejection, I didn't actually say it was a rejection, I just hinted that he got a double punch in the gut. I'm not sure, to be honest... like I said when Damon first showed up I couldn't stand him. Bad boy, hot, intense, but out of control.
Elena pretty much said she doesn't want Damon's offer of friendship, she knows how he feels about her despite what he says. In real life as well as in art, it can be tough to negotiate a friendship with someone if you know they are in love with you but you don't feel that way, especially if the one you do love is either a relative.... or their best friend. I think she is being wise with her decision, but it breaks my heart because Damon doesn't deal with rejection well lol.
