Some of you may already know how angry i was the last time about the son of our land lady here. So about a few days ago, he said that no one is allowed to smoke downstairs - so my brother is not smoking inside the house... opening the windows for the smoke to go out... okay and so when i went down a while ago to open the gates for the delivery of water.... lo and behold! I see the guy put some huge plastic trays with a sign "ashtray" written in pentel pen. haha so there goes his rule that no tenants are allowed downstairs to smoke.. DUH!!! don't you just feel annoyed at this person with soooo many rules!
