Was there ever a power cut in your town?

Only once during a heavy storm it the power had gone for hours.

frequent power cut...we had that more than ten years ago...but now we experience that during heavy storm only...and hoping not to have one again

Not in my whole town, but in certain parts there is sometimes. But never the whole town.
