Hi All, I am working with a well reputed MNC. I have noticed in MNC's that if a project succeed than only managers get promoted whereas the subordinates are also doing their best. My question is that why all the credit goes to manager only. Subordinates are waiting to promoted or appreciation but nobody cares about these guy's. please tell about this why the all credit is taken by seniors.

Huh? Sanju. I also work in a reputable MNC but we promote anyone who has done their jobs well. We promote our staff and ensures that everyone has the chance to go up the ladder of a successful career. I am so sorry to hear that this happens to you.

hi i have experience in two companies both are MNC's. in both companies they appreciate their manager for work but not to any of their subordnates. they say that this work is get it done by me(manager). so credit goes to manager. who cares about executives. in my company manager get the budget for whole the year in crore's. but they want to save money so they get promoted for saving money or they used less money than other manager.
